Regus is a multinational company offers a global and flexible workplace, such as private offices, meeting rooms, and virtual office services. It focuses on providing accessible solution for companies of all sizes.
Our task was to delivered a modern, responsive website with a scalable design system - enhancing usability, increasing engagement, and aligning the digital experience with their business goals.
As Senior UI Designer, I led the design exploration, brand direction workshops, creating a new design system and delivery of high-fidelity prototypes for mobile and desktop.
The redesign significantly improved clarity in the user journey, making it easier for customers to find and book workspace solutions.
The design system reduced time-to-delivery for updates and ensured consistency across regions. Stakeholders praised the project as a step forward in aligning Regus’ brand with its leadership position in the market.
